Unfortunately, it's impossible to download an update for the CoinsPlus application primarily because the official website is in maintenance and no other page can be visited, but I doubt that an app developed in 2000 will have updates in 2017. Also, after some searching, I've found out that CoinsPlus is available in other versions as well. For example, I've found out on Amazon that another version of CoinsPlus exists and it's labeled as CoinsPlus 2008.
You should try getting that as it appears to be the latest version you can obtain until the official website comes back.
